Contract for Full Technical Maintenance of Xerox equipment

Telephone Technical Support

Through Xerox Remote Technical Services, the Remote Technical Support service will use modern technology and tools to attempt to solve your equipment problem immediately over the phone. With high success rates, the Remote Technical Support Services will quickly solve your concerns or questions. Even if it is impossible to restore your equipment over the phone, an estimate will be made of the necessary parts pre-ordered to be on site when our technician arrives.

Technical Support at your location

If the resolution of your problem requires the intervention of a technician at your site, qualified personnel will be dispatched within the pre-agreed response times. Because system recovery time is of the utmost importance to you, our people will contact you to let you know when our technicians will arrive at your facility and the estimated recovery time.

Provision of Spare Parts

All spare parts, excluding zero that may be needed to repair any functional equipment failure, are sent and delivered free of charge to your location.

Provision of Consumables

  • All equipment consumables for toner-in contracts (except staples and paper) are shipped and delivered free of charge to your location.
  • Possibility of automatic replenishment and dispatch of consumables without your involvement**. So you’ll always have the supplies you need when you need them.

Recycling Materials

  • You can participate without any occupation of your own in the effort to protect the environment through the material recycling program provided by Xerox.
  • All materials used for operating and maintaining the equipment are collected and returned to the manufacturer for recycling.

Easy to manage

  • Automatic sending of measurements without your involvement*.
  • Ability to automatically record consumables change to simplify the management of free consumables orders in toner-in contracts*.

Securing your production

Replace your equipment with another of equal capabilities if any damage is determined by Xerox to be beyond repair.

Ensuring the good operation of your equipment over time

  • Repair of all functional faults by qualified engineers using only genuine Xerox materials.
  • Dispatch of periodic replacement materials and preventive maintenance where required during engineer visits.
  • The manufacturer occasionally recommends the application of all factory technology upgrades and technical adjustments.

  • Absolute control of maintenance costs, as the service invoice amount can be calculated in advance, while payment is made in pre-agreed periods. So you have full knowledge of your expenses and payment period when planning your financial plan.
